- RedCloud’s Rapid Growth Continues Through Diversification and Innovation
At RedCloud, growth isn’t a phase — it’s part of our DNA. While many mature consulting firms plateau, we’ve continued to expand our impact, client base, and service offerings year over year. This trajectory was recently validated by our inclusion on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies — a recognition that underscores our ability to scale sustainably in a dynamic and competitive market. But for us, this milestone isn’t the destination — it’s a reflection of the direction we’ve been heading for years. Built for Resilience, Designed for Scale RedCloud’s growth has been driven by a deliberate strategy: diversify, innovate, and invest in people. Unlike many consulting firms that rely heavily on a single anchor client, our portfolio spans a wide range of industries and organizations, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven enterprises. This has allowed us to remain nimble and resilient, adapting to client needs while expanding our footprint across the Pacific Northwest and the globe . This strategic diversification not only makes our business more stable — it also creates richer, more varied career paths for our consultants, who gain exposure to an array of industries, functions, and technologies. Evolving With the Market A key reason RedCloud continues to grow is our ability to evolve with — and often ahead of — the market. Over the past few years, we’ve launched new practice areas that address the most pressing priorities facing today’s businesses: Data & AI – Harnessing cutting-edge data analytics and AI technologies, we empower our clients to streamline operations, tailor customer experiences, and forecast market trends with unparalleled accuracy and effectiveness. Privacy – Building comprehensive privacy programs to not only ensure regulatory compliance but also enhance brand reputation, foster customer loyalty, and mitigate potential legal and financial risks associated with data breaches. Strategy & Transformation – Guiding organizations through a methodical approach to cultivating operational excellence and propelling transformative performance. These offerings complement our historical strengths in project management, business strategy, and digital enablement — making us a comprehensive partner for clients seeking both vision and execution. Opportunity for All Our continued growth is not just good news for our business — it’s great news for our people. As we expand into new client environments and service areas, we’re able to offer consultants across the country and abroad more diverse, meaningful, and career-enhancing opportunities. Whether you’re passionate about technology, transformation, or team leadership, RedCloud provides the platform to make an impact. Looking Ahead Being named to the Inc. 5000 is an exciting milestone, but it’s just one point on our growth journey. With bold plans for the years ahead and a team that thrives on solving complex challenges, we genuinely feel we are poised to continue setting the pace in the consulting industry. We’re grateful to our employees, clients, and partners who make this journey possible — and we’re just getting started.
- 10 Minutes With: Sheryne Cadicamo
Meet Sheryne Cadicamo, an Account Director at RedCloud who brings equal parts strategy, empathy, and creativity to every client relationship. With a passion for connecting talented consultants to meaningful work, Sheryne plays a vital role in guiding our Sales & Marketing and Privacy practices —ensuring the impact of each project is both measurable and deeply human. In this edition of 10 Minutes With, she shares how she's helping elevate RedCloud’s consulting approach from executional to transformational, what she’s learning as she expands into new service areas, and how her creative past as a professional photographer still influences her perspective on the world. Describe your role and what you do in a nutshell: I’m an Account Director, where I get to do what I love most, connect smart, capable consultants with enterprise clients to solve real business challenges. I help manage teams in marketing, operations, and privacy workstreams, ensuring our client work is not only strategic and efficient but also deeply impactful. I see myself as a bridge, supporting our clients in reaching their goals while championing our consultants so they feel empowered and successful in their roles. What do you aim to accomplish professionally this year? This year, I’m focused on really getting under the hood of RedCloud’s unique offerings so I can clearly articulate the value we bring in every conversation. I aim to drive thoughtful growth, rekindling past relationships, expanding the scope of our current work, and exploring new areas where we can make a meaningful impact. A significant personal goal is to help shift our engagements from being purely transactional to more transformational, fostering stronger alignment between our consultants and client strategy so that the work feels purposeful and elevated. What are you most proud of in your career so far? Without a doubt, it’s the trust I’ve built over time with clients. I’ve had the privilege of being invited to continue working with them as they’ve moved into new roles and companies, and to me, that’s the ultimate compliment. It tells me they don’t just see me as a vendor but as a true partner who’s invested in their success. Tell us about something interesting you’ve learned recently: Recently, I’ve been exploring RedCloud’s Business Transformation and Privacy practices, two areas that weren’t part of my original marketing and operations background but are increasingly critical for our clients. It has been fascinating to see how strategic and impactful these services are, especially in terms of privacy. I’ve gained a new appreciation for how businesses protect their customers and the significant investment that goes into getting it right. It’s deepened my understanding of what it means to be a truly trusted partner in today’s world. If you could suggest a book for the entire team to read, what would it be and why? Think Again by Adam Grant is at the top of my list. It’s a refreshing take on the power of rethinking, unlearning, and staying curious. He combines data and storytelling to demonstrate that flexible thinking leads to better decisions and more meaningful growth. In a technology environment where AI is changing how we work daily, we’re constantly adapting and solving new problems, that mindset is everything What’s a piece of obsolete technology you still have a soft spot for? Nothing specific that I keep around, but I always enjoy reminiscing about things like mixtapes, Rolodexes, and landlines. As a proud Gen Xer, I think there’s something charming and hilarious about explaining how we got through life without smartphones. It’s a great conversation starter with my kids. What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they’d be surprised to discover? Most people don’t know that I ran my own photography business for 15 years while raising my three kids. It was a creative outlet and a way to stay connected to storytelling and beauty during a busy season of life. That creative thread still shows up in other parts of my life, from home design to cooking to the occasional painting project. What are you passionate about or enjoy outside of work? I feel a lot of joy when I’m outside in the sunshine, walking through the woods, by the ocean, or anywhere I can move my body and clear my mind. I’m a big fan of Pilates and have been incorporating strength training to maintain my strength and stay energized. I also love to cook and host, especially when it means gathering friends and family around for a good meal and great conversation. And while I don’t do it professionally anymore, I still love picking up my camera for portrait sessions during life’s big moments (or quiet ones).

- Building a Comprehensive Transformation Readiness View
Traditional change readiness focuses on preparing individual users for a new initiative. While user training is important, true success hinges on a deeper understanding of the organizational landscape. At RedCloud’s Business Transformation Services practice, we believe in fostering comprehensive change readiness by addressing three key, interconnected layers: 1. Assess Strategic Alignment We assess your organization's strategic landscape, considering how many initiatives are vying for attention, not just from users but also from leadership and sponsors. This ensures the initiative aligns with organizational priorities and has the necessary backing for success and that our initiative doesn’t get unpleasantly surprised when we start competing with the CEO’s priority project six months down the road. 2. Put Politics on Your Size: Build Broad Support Delve into effective campaign strategy by analyzing leadership structures to ensure the initiative has champions in high-risk areas and a sponsor who values active leadership. Building broad support involves identifying influential figures across departments and potential end-users who can become advocates. This multi-faceted approach fosters buy-in and helps navigate potential roadblocks for successful adoption. Often, an individual contributor or director, armed with funds and a chosen technology, can miss this crucial step. A narrow focus on funding and technology alone, without considering the broader political landscape, can lead to significant resistance later. Our approach helps mitigate this risk from day one. 3. User Readiness Finally, address individual user readiness, the final yet still crucial aspect. Ensure users understand their roles and expectations and receive proper training to embrace the change effectively. By addressing these three interconnected layers, we create a more robust foundation for change initiatives. This leads to smoother implementations, more engaged employees, and ultimately, maximized benefits from any new solution. Ready to unlock your organization’s potential? Contact our practice lead today to explore how RedCloud’s comprehensive approach can empower your organization. Plus, don’t forget to share this perspective with your peers and ignite discussions about building sustainable, organization-wide change readiness.
- Unlocking Transformation Potential through Smart OCM Investment
Determining the right level of investment for Organizational Change Management (OCM) can be daunting. Over-invest, and you risk idling your resources; under-invest, and you may end up with one person stretched thin across numerous projects. But what if you could find the perfect OCM investment tailored to your specific transformation? That’s where the team of RedCloud OCM experts comes in. Our data-driven approach helps leaders at any size organization crack the code on your OCM investment, ensuring a collaborative partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. The Pillars of OCM Success: Your Roadmap These guideposts are crucial for a successful transformation. In order to create a customized roadmap for an organization, we start by analyzing five key areas: Change Maturity: Higher maturity often means higher expectations and access to resources, even though it might suggest less need for investment. We help our clients navigate this paradox effectively. Urgency: If time is of the essence, a more agile OCM strategy might be required, which could mean a higher investment. Risk Tolerance: An organization's comfort with risk significantly influences its OCM strategy. In high-risk environments, leadership often adopts a more cautious approach, investing carefully in activities designed to mitigate potential risks. Leadership Engagement: Effective change relies on strong leadership. If your company’s leaders aren’t yet champions of the change, it’s essential to cultivate their support without overburdening them. Scope of Employee Impact: A deeper and broader impact on employees justifies a more sizable OCM investment. Unlocking Your Perfect Fit Our Business Transformation team's proprietary tools and collaborative approach analyze these factors to pinpoint the optimal OCM investment for your needs. We also assist in crafting the necessary content to justify this investment. The Power of Informed Decisions Properly sizing your OCM investment offers significant benefits: Cost Efficiency: Allocate resources wisely to maximize your return on investment. Maximized ROI: Drive employee adoption with a targeted OCM program, ensuring full value from your transformation. Reduced Risk: Proactive OCM minimizes roadblocks, increasing the likelihood of a smooth and successful transition. Your Transformation Journey Starts Here Right-sizing your OCM investment isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about making data-driven, strategic decisions tailored to your organization’s unique needs. Contact our team today to explore how we can help you achieve transformation success and unlock your initiative's full potential.

- Growing Your Organization's Change Office: From Surviving to Thriving
Whether through the impacts of quickly growing AI tools and the reliance on big data and analytics, to the economic impacts of inflation and labor market dynamics, today’s business landscape doesn’t stand still for more than a moment. To stay relevant and even thrive in today’s reality, organizations must transform their change management strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Relying on outdated methods can leave companies lagging behind, which is why a more holistic approach that focuses on growth and the ability to navigate change quickly is essential. The five-level maturity model, outlined below, shifts organizations from merely managing change to using it as a powerful driver for success. Level 1: Coping with Change At this stage, organizations are just trying to survive through change. Change management is sporadic and lacks structure. Employees and leaders are often overwhelmed, resulting in frustration, inefficiency, and resistance. The focus is on getting by, not necessarily improving. Level 2: Formalizing Change Management Here, organizations start recognizing the value of a more structured approach to change. They bring in formal change management methods (think the ADKAR model) to streamline the process. While this is a step forward, the focus is mostly on implementing practices rather than fostering true organizational development. Level 3: Integrating Tools for Change At this level, organizations begin using specific tools to support change management. This includes aligning work breakdown structures, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. By doing this, the organization ensures everyone is on the same page, which in turn boosts engagement and support. The goal here is two-fold: To ensure consistency across different projects. To get a broader view of how multiple projects impact the organization, helping to manage resources like sponsorship more efficiently. Level 4: Strengthening Organizational Competencies Now, the focus shifts to building skills at every level—leadership, project management, and change practitioners. The goal is to make change management a natural part of the organization’s day-to-day operations. There’s more accountability, and leadership has better visibility into how change initiatives progress, allowing them to make informed decisions. Level 5: Accelerating Through Change The final stage is when an organization no longer just copes with change—it uses it to its advantage. Change becomes a strategic tool at this level that propels the organization forward. With data-driven insights, organizations can prioritize projects that align with their goals and continuously improve. Change isn't just something to manage—it’s an opportunity for growth. By following this five-level maturity model, organizations can evolve from simply surviving change to leveraging it as a catalyst for innovation, ultimately becoming more agile and resilient in a constantly shifting landscape. - 5 Essential Cybersecurity Tips for Businesses
Whether in the news headlines across our country, or going mostly unseen by the public, cybersecurity threats are more prevalent than ever in our personal and professional lives. Companies and organizations must protect information, wherever it may live; software applications, networks, the cloud, or IoT devices. As mission-critical industries are targeted by cyberattacks more frequently, a strong cyber defense has become essential for businesses of every size. Based on the expertise of RedCloud’s own Security Practice experts, here are five essential cybersecurity tips to help protect your business from cyber threats. Which are you already implementing, or which should you double down on to ensure your data and business operations are secure? 1. Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Passwords alone are no longer sufficient to protect sensitive business data. Implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring employees to verify their identity through multiple methods, such as a one-time code, biometrics, or authentication apps. While initially these can feel like an unnecessary step, MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if login credentials are compromised. 2. Regularly Update Software & Patch Vulnerabilities Cybercriminals exploit outdated software to gain access to business systems. Ensure that all operating systems, applications, and security tools are updated regularly with the latest patches. Automating updates can help businesses stay ahead of vulnerabilities and minimize the risk of exploitation. Build updates into your culture and operations to ensure your company’s systems remain as protected as possible. 3. Train Employees on Cyber Hygiene We find that employees are often the first line of defense against cyber threats. Whether by internal staff or contracted experts, regular security awareness training can help your team recognize phishing emails, social engineering tactics, and other common cyber threats. Encourage safe browsing practices, secure password management, and the importance of reporting suspicious activity to your IT team. 4. Limit Access & Use the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) While it may require some initial setup, not all employees need access to every system or dataset. The Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) ensures that users only have access to the data and applications necessary for their roles. By restricting access, your business can minimize the potential damage caused by compromised accounts or insider threats. 5. Back Up Data & Have an Incident Response Plan Unfortunately, from first-hand experience with our clients, we know cyberattacks, such as ransomware, can result in data loss and operational disruptions. Regularly backing up critical business data to secure, offline locations ensures that you can recover quickly in the event of an attack. Additionally, having an incident response plan in place can help your business react swiftly to security breaches, minimizing downtime and financial losses. Our Final Thoughts Cybersecurity is an ongoing process that requires proactive measures and ongoing employee vigilance. By implementing these five essential cybersecurity tips, businesses can strengthen their defenses and reduce the risk of cyber threats. Stay ahead of potential risks by investing in security training and ensuring your organization is prepared for the ever-evolving digital landscape. Do you need help understanding the risks to your business and finding tangible, ready-to-implement solutions? RedCloud’s cybersecurity experts can provide tailored programs and processes to keep your data safe. Contact our team of experts today!
- Inside Google Next: Agents, AI, and What’s Coming Next for the Cloud
Attending Google Next this year felt less like a tech conference and more like a glimpse into the operating system of the future enterprise. With major product launches and a clear roadmap for AI integration, our clients and friends at Google made one thing abundantly clear: they’re betting big—and smart—on the future of cloud and AI. $75 Billion in Cloud Investment Google is investing $75 billion in capex through 2025 to expand its cloud servers and data centers. That level of commitment reinforces Google Cloud’s central role in scaling secure, high-performance AI workloads. New TPU: Ironwood The latest TPU (Tensor Processing Unit), Ironwood, doubles the performance per watt of the previous gen (Trillium) and offers 6x more high bandwidth memory. This upgrade supports more powerful, efficient AI model training, critical for enterprise-scale use cases. Security-First AI A consistent theme throughout the conference was Google’s focus on security and compliance-first AI. From model design to deployment, trust and privacy were front and center, especially important for highly regulated industries. Agents Everywhere "Agent" was the word of the week. These aren't just models—they're task-completing AI entities. Google announced: AgentSpace: A new platform to embed agents in enterprise apps to complete tasks like scheduling meetings or writing content. Data Agents: Handle metadata generation, pipeline creation, and natural language analysis. Looker Agents: Carry out follow-up queries, summarize data in slide decks or even podcasts. Google also launched an Agent Development Kit , including a new Agent2Agent protocol, allowing AI agents to work together across systems. Smarter AI Starts with Better Data Sessions emphasized that AI quality hinges on solid data prep and governance. Our key takeaways include: Automate governance with Gen AI for ambient oversight Treat governance as a dedicated platform Standardize data inputs and monitor model outputs continuously This is increasingly central to how we approach enterprise data strategy at RedCloud. Gemini Everywhere Google’s latest reasoning model, Gemini 2.5, is now integrated across tools. It’s powering smarter interactions—from summarizing content to generating insights—without the need for advanced prompting. Relevant Product Updates Several product upgrades stood out for our consulting work: BigQuery Dataframes (Bigframes): A Python-to-SQL converter that lets large datasets run efficiently on BigQuery’s compute power. Multimodal in BigQuery: Combine structured and unstructured data in Pandas-like workflows. AppSheet + Gemini: Adds image and PDF processing to low-code environments. Looker + Gemini: Enhanced semantic analysis with natural language prompts. Future capabilities will let users build LookML models with AI. Final Take Google Next confirmed the direction is clear: AI agents, secure data infrastructure, and smart governance are redefining how enterprises operate. For us at RedCloud, the tools and strategies shared provide a practical path forward as we help clients embrace this AI-first era, with speed, responsibility, and scale. Partner with us to develop the right strategy, governance, and architecture, unlocking the transformative potential of AI and turning your data into your organization’s most valuable asset.
