The client needed to ensure timely and accurate awards and recognition for a large, global sales team. Challenges included:
Multiple awards with varying eligibility criteria based on bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey results
Manual evaluation of survey data to determine eligibility
Account Executives manually creating personalized emails using templates and imagery, a process prone to inefficiencies and delays
The client required a solution that could automate data evaluation, email generation, and reporting while remaining flexible to accommodate new awards programs and scenarios where survey data was unavailable.
