Annual RedCloud Scholarship

Investing in future leaders who move communities forward.

Each year, RedCloud awards a scholarship to a local high school senior pursuing higher education. The recipient is chosen for their resilience, drive, and dedication to creating positive change.

This scholarship is more than financial support. It is a statement of belief in the power of young people to shape the future. By recognizing emerging leaders, RedCloud reinforces its commitment to equity, opportunity, and impact that lasts.

RedCloud’s community partnerships have always reflected our belief that business should uplift people. Over the years, our team has mentored youth, supported families, and helped build pathways to opportunity across the Pacific Northwest. These initiatives shaped who we are and continue to inform how we show up for clients, colleagues, and causes that matter.

Toys for Kids

Toys for Kids uplifts homeless and disadvantaged youth across Washington through scholarships, school supplies, and holiday giving. RedCloud supports this mission by organizing donation drives, volunteering at community events, and distributing essential items such as backpacks, teddy bears, and more.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound

BBBS creates one-to-one mentoring relationships that build confidence and emotional well-being for youth across King, Pierce, and Kitsap counties. RedCloud consultants served as mentors and participated in fundraising events, while our team provided strategic support to help expand access to mentorship programs

Junior Achievement of Washington

Junior Achievement empowers students with hands-on learning in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Our volunteers lead classroom sessions, participate in JA BizTown and more. We donate classroom materials, including calculators, workbooks, and branded supplies, and helped students connect academic concepts to real-world skills through interactive learning.

Broadview Shelter & Transitional Housing

Broadview provides emergency and transitional housing for families recovering from domestic violence. RedCloud contributed refurbished tablets, wireless headsets, and charging accessories to help residents access online education, job applications, and virtual support services.

UW Foster School of Business

The Consulting & Business Development Center at UW Foster connects students with small businesses in underserved communities to solve real-world challenges in marketing, finance, and strategy. RedCloud consultants advised student teams and business owners, offering guidance on business planning, digital tools, and professional development.

RedCloud is committed to cutting emissions by 50% by 2030. We’ve reduced energy use, business travel, and commuting emissions through the adoption of hybrid and remote working models. We recycle, refurbish, and report transparently. And we engage our team in sustainability efforts that extend beyond the workplace.
