Describe your role and what you do in a nutshell.
As a Design & Delivery TPM, my role mainly focuses on ensuring the documentation provided throughout the design phase meets the client’s requirements and follows high industry standards. I also support bespoke solutions and help with knowledge transfer between different parties—from teams working on programmatic requirements on the client side to other engineering teams facing similar technical challenges.
During the delivery phase, I also help our team resolve potential on-site blockers that may come up due to site conditions or different interpretations of the documentation provided for Physical & Electronic Security Systems.
What do you enjoy most or find especially interesting about your current project?
What I find particularly interesting is combining our technical capabilities with the latest AI-based tools to improve the way we work. In a hyperscale environment, even small improvements in efficiency, consistency, and quality can have a significant impact.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I’m proud to’ve made it this far and to have the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced projects globally, with some of the biggest clients in the Data Center industry. It’s also great to be in a position where my experience and technical expertise are genuinely valued.
Share your go-to methods for professional development or personal growth.
Respect the people you work with, stay humble, ask questions, and support others whenever you can. I also try to stay up to date on industry developments, especially new technologies, best practices, and the latest standards.
Can you share a memorable team achievement or a fun team-building experience?
Every day brings its own challenges, and with them a series of smaller successes that gradually contribute to the bigger picture of what we are building as a team.
On the fun side, despite the industry I work in, there are definitely funny moments along the way. I’ll probably leave it at that, though —some stories are better kept within the team.
What's one thing people don't know about you that they would be surprised to discover?
I think I’ll keep that one away from a public forum.
What are you passionate about or enjoy outside of work?
First and foremost, spending time with my family. My wife and our two wonderful boys, who are 5 and 9 this year.
Outside of that, I enjoy hiking, DIY projects, mixing music, cycling, the gym, team sports, and the occasional bar games (pool, darts, table football) — assuming we are allowed to call that a sport.
I also enjoy traveling, though great local food is definitely a requirement.
What is one piece of obsolete technology that you still utilize?
Old video games (Commodore, Atari, Sega Dreamcast, PS1/2, Nintendo, Pegasus, old PC games), and analogue handheld radios.
