THE CHALLENGE

The team overseeing operational technology (OT) security programs wanted one dashboard to track risk reduction and program status. Inconsistent data, unclear metrics, and misaligned stakeholders made it hard to assess and report on security posture, and existing metrics measured task completion rather than actual risk reduction.

OUR APPROACH

RedCloud worked with stakeholders to define specific risk-reduction metrics tied to security goals, then identified and validated the data sources behind them. We standardized what each program should track and report, and replaced manual data collection with automated processes so key metrics update in real time.
