Automating Project Delivery Across 120+ Stakeholders

THE CHALLENGE

A multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation involving more than 120 client stakeholders relied on manual deadline tracking and email follow-up. The three-person RedCloud team needed to track deadlines, automate reminders, create tasks in the SharePoint-based project plan, and report on task status and team productivity.

OUR APPROACH

Working with RedCloud's technical solutions team, we built three SharePoint lists and five Power Automate flows. The flows send personalized, scheduled reminders, create tasks in the project plan, and attach stakeholder replies to the related task. A Power BI report shows task progress, email volume, and turnaround times in real time.
