Our commitment to sustainability is clear: a 50% reduction in emissions by 2030.

Between 2019 and 2022, our company grew in size, and yet we achieved a 21% per-employee decrease in emissions. Here are a few things we’ve been doing to reach our goal.
Reduce

Reduced energy use in our corporate office by 88%

Adopted a hybrid model for our corporate team and a fully remote model for consultants to dramatically reduce commuting emissions

Provided convenient recycling and compost containers in all areas of our corporate offices

Replaced kitchen and office supplies in our corporate offices with reusable, recyclable, or compostable alternatives

Wipe and refurbish laptops for maximum re-use, and donate equipment that cannot be reused to Green Technologies for recycling
