This month, we’re looking back at where we came from and where we’re headed as a team at RedCloud. Rather than hearing it from us, we sat down with a few of our consultants who’ve been a part of the RedCloud team from our early days. What better way to understand our history and our future than by hearing from our veteran team members? Read on to find out what Courtney, Scott, and Scott are most proud of since joining RedCloud, where they see the firm in 10 years, and more!
We’re so excited that we found time to sit down with Mozelle, one of our talented Senior Associates. Mozelle is no stranger to RedCloud - she’s been on our team for over four years now (time files!) and came to us shortly after graduating from the University of Washington with her Bachelor’s in International Relations and Affairs. With a knack for project management, team building, team collaboration, leadership and a plethora of technical skills, she’s a gem to us here. Read on to learn more about her experience thus far and what she’s excited about digging into this year!
Meet one of our top and longest-serving RedCloud consultants, Sophia Stead. Having joined RedCloud in 2016, Sophia has been an integral part of growing the firm, building our culture, and helping our clients succeed since the early days of our “relaunch” in 2015. Read on to hear all about her thoughts on working with us.
![]() As his time with RedCloud is sure to fly by in the blink of an eye, we wanted to be sure to catch some time with Antoine, our newest intern. A rising junior at the University of Washington, Antoine is set to graduate in 2023 with his Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Information Systems. We can already tell that he’s a self-driven and ambitious individual with a bright future ahead - always seeking new knowledge and bringing his hard work ethic to the table. In his free time, he loves rugby, soccer, football and snowboarding - so he also has plenty of fun stories to share with us, too. Read on to hear more about his experience so far on our team. Meet RJ, a valued Tech Recruiter on our team. With more than 15 years of experience in recruiting, RJ’s strengths lie in solution-based and strategic thinking. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to RedCloud and considers himself a risk taker with a passion for getting it all done - and done well! In his free time, he enjoys traveling and loves board games, tech, fantasy and sci-fi movies, video games and puzzles. Fun fact: RJ was once a nationally ranked chess player!
Joining our team back in January of 2020, Andrew Buswell, joined RedCloud as Senior Consultant, jumping right into his role as the lead Project Manager for his client’s large migration project. A United States Marine Corps Veteran, Andrew joins our team with not only a strong dedication to teamwork and leadership, but also with years of experience in project management, event management and business strategy. We were lucky to find a moment to chat with Andrew about his experience on our team so far.
Michael Ernst is one of our newest faces at RedCloud, joining the team in February as a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of industry experience. His main role focuses on helping his client’s Marketing Managers and Brand Strategists to create marketing plans for individual marketing moments. In short, he’s tasked with creating and executing plans to produce marketing materials.
Outside of his role at RedCloud you might catch him brewing beer as the Owner of Hemlock State Brewing Co. (we’re excited to see what this quarantine brews up for them!). With the added challenge of being remote at the beginning of his time with us, we connected with him to see how he’s doing and to hear more about what he’s up to. We’re excited to take you behind the scenes with Kara Callahan, a new Learning Program Manager to RedCloud. During her day-to-day, she designs and implements learning solutions for her client with the goal of driving end user adoptions of Microsoft’s 365 suite.
She comes to RedCloud with not only an advanced leadership and operations background, but also with an adventurous side. Just last year, she hiked over 2,000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail for six months! The skills she learned on the trail, like adapting to change, managing a plan and being optimistic all shine bright each day she sets out to make our clients’ life easier. RC: Briefly describe your new role and what you’re looking forward to about it?
KS: I joined RedCloud as an Account Development Manager which was a new position created for me. During the hiring process, and later, after I joined, I was able to see for myself, RedCloud takes the time to meet and work with candidates and new employees, assessing their strengths and talents so they can find the right fit. I am looking forward to sharing RedCloud with more business leaders in the area and contributing to their growth and my growth along the way. |
