Recently our RedCloud team had another opportunity to come together to share best practices, new methodologies, and discuss new opportunities under the umbrella of our newest practice area, Business Solutions and Intelligence. As always, we thoroughly enjoy when our team can connect despite our busy schedules and remote work, bringing ideas to light, sharing in a few laughs, and building team chemistry.
During the online session, our presenters shared important market background and business projections related to BI solutions. Account Manager Scott Ekman provided an overview of the broader BI market, including input from existing clients on the need for these new data driven services. As Scott explained, over the past year our clients’ interests have noticeably shifted towards improving their fundamental infrastructure and collaboration tools to adapt to this “new” normal in the business world.  With the key members of this new practice area leading the charge, it’s great to see RedCloud adapting a few steps ahead of the market, primed to meet this growing need!

Diving further into the details was Benny Swedberg, the BS&I Practice Lead, sharing his knowledge and experience on a recent project in which the team built a custom, full scale, end-to-end PowerPlatform solution for a client managing payment processes and terms on a global scale. This powerful, real-world example helped us all visualize and better understand the capabilities of these solutions and how we may suggest them to our own projects.
BS&I team member Matt Little then wrapped up with an overview of RedCloud’s new portal and service desk, which will help the team manage requests for BS&I services and support. Through this work, RedCloud offers our clients complimentary assessments, which oftentimes can address underlying problem areas, and also discover opportunities for technology and processes to create significant efficiencies in their businesses. As Matt explains, “this approach is allowing us to shift the client conversations from putting out fires to proactively creating blue skies”.

Thanks again to all those who joined in for the Business Solutions and Intelligence Practice Session! We look forward to the next opportunity to connect in the coming months.
