Christina Nilsen, Senior Associate - Christina brings instructional design and program management expertise from a technology training and education background. You can find Christina trail-running and writing piano music in her spare time. Sarah Hegarty, Technical Program Manager - Sarah has been managing technical projects at eCommerce companies in Seattle for the past 4 years. Prior to that, she was a program manager in the historical nonprofit world. Sarah is a Certified ScrumMaster and enjoys helping engineering teams deliver on their commitments by managing timelines. Outside of work, Sarah and her husband live in Redmond and enjoy being outside, hiking, and exploring the Seattle restaurant scene. Sean Taylor, Content Writer - Sean’s background consists of time with Paramount Pictures, Lucid Motors, and Microsoft. Although he’s joining a new team, he aims to ensure his storytelling abilities help people on their daily journey and experience with Microsoft products. In Sean’s personal life, he’s currently wrapping up post-production for a short film about mustard, ran the LA Marathon and Silver Moon Race 100-mile Ultramarathon, and enjoys a simple Cherry Coke and Reese’s. Belinda Pauchard, Senior Consultant - Belinda brings 15+ diverse experience working with various organizations, including Microsoft, and has proven to be a persuasive communicator and thoughtful leader. She is an award-winning professional that relates well to diverse work groups worldwide and has an exceptional record leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. She has been acknowledged for her success and positive impact within Program, Project Product Management, Service Launch, Client/Partner relationship building, and Performance Measurement. In her spare time, Belinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to explore new places! Amelia Cabrera, Senior Marketing Manager - Amelia has over 18 years developing creative marketing and innovative experiences on a global scale. She comes with extensive Microsoft experience developing cool strategic programs working with multiple stakeholders and across various categories, building brand stewardship, and guiding retail executional principles with a customer-first attitude. Also, worked on the launch of consumer products, including Office 2013, Windows 8, PC Accessories, and Xbox Hardware, Services & 1P and 3P Games, including some of the most beloved gaming franchises in gaming history: Minecraft, Forza, Gears & Halo. In her last role, she partnered with the Rewards team on the successful Halo the Series, Cyberpunk, and Stranger Things release campaigns supporting Microsoft’s Entertainment partners. Outside of work, you can usually find Amelia exploring all corners of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Erin Campbell Kroll, Privacy Consultant - Erin brings several years of experience working in a variety of functions, industries, and corporations. She has the ability to quickly form relationships through strong communication, transparency, and follow-through. She is a professional that has been recognized for integrating into diverse work groups both locally and abroad and has an excellent record for leading cross-functional initiatives. She has been acknowledged for her success and positive impact on developing the Data Privacy Program within Costco Travel, aligning different teams to the same goal and taking the initiative to join together with the Costco Wholesale Privacy Program. Erin recently moved with her youngest children, 13-year-old twins Madison and Alyssa, from Issaquah to Oklahoma City to join her husband, Rob. Suzanne Cantrell, Senior Technical Program Manager - Suzanne brings 15 years of consulting experience across diverse companies and environments, 8 of them working with Microsoft. She has deep expertise in aligning cross-functional teams and the proven ability to be a strategic thinker and change leader. Her areas of proficiency include Program & Project Management, Data Privacy, Information Security, Governance, Business Process Improvement, and Workflow Automation. Suzanne is also a longtime equestrian who specializes in working with former racehorses and spends much of her downtime reading and hanging out with her cats. Daniel Iliev, Senior Associate - Daniel brings 20+ years of diverse experience working in different countries with various companies in different sectors such as government, aluminum industry, legal, and others. Daniel relates well to diverse work groups worldwide and has an exceptional record of leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. He has been acknowledged for success and positive impact within Program and Project Management and Client/Partner relationship building. Outside of work, Daniel likes to watch his three boys play competitive soccer, spend his vacations with his family at the beach in Florida or at the mountains in North Carolina, and ride his adventure motorcycle.
