This month, we’re looking back at where we came from and where we’re headed as a team at RedCloud. Rather than hearing it from us, we sat down with a few of our consultants who’ve been a part of the RedCloud team from our early days. What better way to understand our history and our future than by hearing from our veteran team members? Read on to find out what Courtney, Scott, and Scott are most proud of since joining RedCloud, where they see the firm in 10 years, and more!
We’re so excited that we found time to sit down with Mozelle, one of our talented Senior Associates. Mozelle is no stranger to RedCloud - she’s been on our team for over four years now (time files!) and came to us shortly after graduating from the University of Washington with her Bachelor’s in International Relations and Affairs. With a knack for project management, team building, team collaboration, leadership and a plethora of technical skills, she’s a gem to us here. Read on to learn more about her experience thus far and what she’s excited about digging into this year!
Danny is back with us today! We were excited to track him down for a special Alumni Q&A session so we could share his career path and his whereabouts since his time working at RedCloud. Before Danny came to us, he had extensive consulting experience with some of the Pacific Northwest’s biggest brands including Microsoft, Accenture and Premera Blue Cross. To no surprise, he brought his expertise and nailed his client projects here at RedCloud. After his time with us, he’s moved on to impressive projects with two more large companies and is here to share some reflections with us today. Thanks for taking the time to chat with us, Danny.
Meet one of our top and longest-serving RedCloud consultants, Sophia Stead. Having joined RedCloud in 2016, Sophia has been an integral part of growing the firm, building our culture, and helping our clients succeed since the early days of our “relaunch” in 2015. Read on to hear all about her thoughts on working with us.
![]() As his time with RedCloud is sure to fly by in the blink of an eye, we wanted to be sure to catch some time with Antoine, our newest intern. A rising junior at the University of Washington, Antoine is set to graduate in 2023 with his Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Information Systems. We can already tell that he’s a self-driven and ambitious individual with a bright future ahead - always seeking new knowledge and bringing his hard work ethic to the table. In his free time, he loves rugby, soccer, football and snowboarding - so he also has plenty of fun stories to share with us, too. Read on to hear more about his experience so far on our team. Meet RJ, a valued Tech Recruiter on our team. With more than 15 years of experience in recruiting, RJ’s strengths lie in solution-based and strategic thinking. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to RedCloud and considers himself a risk taker with a passion for getting it all done - and done well! In his free time, he enjoys traveling and loves board games, tech, fantasy and sci-fi movies, video games and puzzles. Fun fact: RJ was once a nationally ranked chess player!
Joining our team back in January of 2020, Andrew Buswell, joined RedCloud as Senior Consultant, jumping right into his role as the lead Project Manager for his client’s large migration project. A United States Marine Corps Veteran, Andrew joins our team with not only a strong dedication to teamwork and leadership, but also with years of experience in project management, event management and business strategy. We were lucky to find a moment to chat with Andrew about his experience on our team so far.
We’re giving Jenny a warm RedCloud welcome! New to our team - but not the industry, being hired in December 2020, she’s already off to a great start and her enthusiasm shines in this interview. With a degree from University of Washington and nearly a decade of client relationship experience under her belt, her consulting expertise is high-level. In her free time, she serves as a Humane Society volunteer, aligning with RedCloud’s values of giving back to the community.
Meet David and Sydney, two of RedCloud’s latest interns!
David dove right in, the RedCloud way, using all that he has learned so far at the University of Washington at the Foster School of Business to help with both research and client facing projects. We’re confident after working with David that he’ll not only nail his next position in the consulting industry, but will also graduate in the Spring of 2022 as a true asset to our industry and clients. Sydney also experienced a breadth of projects in her time at RedCloud, ranging from external and internal, even working directly with our Managing Partners to run critical community and client projects. Graduating this Spring from Seattle University, we’re confident she’s well on her way to a career full of success and accomplishments. We commend them both for their ability to bring value to our team during the pandemic. Read on to hear about their experiences firsthand. We recently welcomed Matt Little, a Senior Associate focusing on our new Business Solutions and Intelligence team. He’s supporting PowerApps & Power Automate implementation for RedCloud’s clients, as well as developing internal apps, business solutions and processes for the BS&I Practice.
Matt has 10+ years of management consulting experience, and was a Digital Transformation delivery lead for teams of all sizes and a manager of a practice in his past experience. For the past 3 years, Matt has been expanding expertise in and advocating for the adoption of solutions which use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his 15-year-old German Shepherd, playing hockey or golf, and entering into the World Series of Poker every summer.
