During 2020, RedCloud has seen a tremendous up-tick in demand for Power Platform and Business Solutions services (Microsoft 365 suite, the Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics, etc.) with clients seeking to leverage data in new and powerful ways. To this end, we’ve invested in collecting and building RedCloud’s capabilities in this area to better position our firm for the increased market demand.
As we began to look at this trend, we saw an opportunity to maximize our ability to assist clients who’s needs best match our team's strengths. After auditing our team’s existing work in data-driven business solutions, we quickly realized we had a blend of existing intelligence experts, as well as eager minds ready to apply their skills to a burgeoning industry of data analytics and intelligence.
Building this muscle internally, in an effort to get in front of what we perceive to be a growing demand, positions RedCloud well for the second half of 2020 and beyond. While this type of company growth requires hard work, luckily, we have the best of the best here on our team ready to tackle it head on. With that we’re proud to announce the launch of RedCloud’s Business Solutions and Intelligence Practice!
Benny Swedberg, a RedCloud veteran who has rapidly risen through our ranks, has been promoted to lead our new Business Solutions and Intelligence Practice. Benny has a unique skillset that allows him to seamlessly bridge the gap between technology and business. He is both savvy in the analysis and visualization of data, as well as the ability to share the results and their implications with our clients, in a language that is understandable and insightful. His new role will build on his background, utilize his ability to learn fast and take his consistent track record to new heights.
“Data-driven decision making has become the de facto north star for many businesses. With that, we saw Power BI and Tableau take off in popularity, but great reporting is not the end goal. Solutions like the Power Platform close the loop by centralizing data and making it actionable! Bringing these ever-evolving capabilities to our clients has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m thrilled to continue doing so with RedCloud’s newest service offering!”
A big congratulations to Benny on his new adventure with RedCloud and major kudos to all of our team members taking on new challenges and opportunities, particularly in the unusual year that 2020 has become.
