10 MINUTES WITH COURTNEY

RC: How did you first find RedCloud?

CS: Being in the same industry, in the same market for several years, I’d known Managing Partner Brett Alston for some time and heard positive things about RedCloud from my peers in the industry. With that background, my interest naturally progressed and I was impressed the more I heard from and about RedCloud’s approach the our industry.

RC: What was it like to join RedCloud and onboard?

CS: Joining RedCloud was a no-brainer for me. The onboarding process was seamless and enjoyable. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt a connection with the team at headquarters and the consultants I met. The energy in the office is contagious and makes you feel set-up for success.

The whole process itself was so pleasant! Everyone was very welcoming and took their time to sit down and talk to me in a natural and unforced way. Everything is very organized with setup and I was even welcomed with a swag bag of goodies!

RC: What does your day in the life look like at RedCloud?

CS: I am still settling in and figuring out what that looks like, but I foresee a majority of my time will spent client-facing and the rest at the RedCloud corporate headquarters working alongside my peers to share knowledge and best practices to help our clients succeed.

RC: Given your background and other experiences, what stands out to you with RedCloud?

CS: It’s rare to see such a team mentality in this industry, but there’s no denying it here. It’s apparent that each person at RedCloud will do whatever they can to help their colleagues be successful. It’s so refreshing!

RC: What originally drew you to RedCloud?

The leadership. After my first meeting with Brett (Alston), I knew what a great opportunity this would be. The way he spoke about the company’s mentality, his respect for the people involved, and overall goals of the business had me completely hooked. Shortly after, I met with Managing Partner Brett Clifton, and was pleased to hear he shared the same views and values. I knew that a company led by two people like the Bretts was one I had to be a part of.

RC: Name one piece of technology you couldn’t live without and why?

CS: My cell phone! As an Account Manager, I’m constantly on the go. My phone functions as my lifeline! It allows me to communicate with clients and consultants in the field, check in with the internal RedCloud team, send emails, and schedule appointments. That, and I’d be lost (literally) without the navigation function.

RC: What are you looking forward to the most this year with RedCloud?

CS: I look forward to really diving in and contributing to RedCloud’s success, having the opportunity to connect with new clients and consultants, and helping be a part of the team’s continuous growth. There is so much I can learn from the people here and I look forward to every minute of it.

Something that also really stood out about RedCloud as I joined was their dedication to charitable efforts. I’m looking forward to getting involved in the community and I’ve already been invited to attend some of the activities.
