In this role, Lynch will utilize her marketing, sales, and customer-relation experience to continue researching potential leads, fostering conversations and interviews with candidates, and adding quality people to the RedCloud community.

With more than 16 years of recruiting experience, Lynch has worked for a slew of companies who have continued to grow and succeed with the help of her hires. Starting her career as a salesperson, Lynch has learned how to incorporate sales tactics within her recruiting. She has noticed how well this strategy has worked in forming connections with prospects.
