New Set of Diverse, Skilled Team Members Join RedCloud

Firm pushes forward with growth based on senior consultants holding wide range of skills, market experience and background in data analytics

(August 2, 2017) – RedCloud Consulting, a Bellevue-based boutique management-consulting firm, has recently added four new team members to meet an ever-widening need for skills and experience that cut across projects with Fortune 500 companies and new technologies, backed by a focus on customer experience and the exploding use of data analytics. Alka Garg

Alka joins RedCloud as a Senior Associate with more than 13 years of diverse consulting experience bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, AT&T, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Washington Mutual and Bank of America. She is PMP and CSM certified and has recently completed her MBA at University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Adrian Brockway

Adrian comes to RedCloud as an Associate with 12+ years of Call Center Operations and Workforce Management. He brings extensive knowledge of intraday operations, scheduling, forecasting, outage management, and WFM systems.

Nicole Hill

Nicole, Associate, brings a diverse professional background including Process Improvement, Project Management and Business Analytics to her new role at RedCloud. In past roles her creativity, dedication to detail and resourcefulness have contributed to great success across a wide variety of industries.

Tom Hassall

Tom joins RedCloud as a Marketing Intern, as he is currently finishing his junior year at the University of Washington studying Applied Mathematics and Economics. Given his remarkably strong mathematical and organizational skills, Tom has a keen interest in data and how it can be used to drive business outcomes.
